Businesses: Chapter-35 (The Originator) [Al-Fatir]

 Verse-29 Surely those who read the Book of God,
are firm in devotion,
and spend of what We have given them in secret or openly,
can hope for a commerce that will not decline,

I take this verse to represent Government Agencies that build bridges with the people. To read the Book of God can be replaced with those who study the Constitution. Being firm in devotion can also mean to work for a living. Spending openly is to purchase items in a market system. To spend in secret is to pay taxes or give charity. The commerce is the market system. I updated all 15 Departments, of the Executive Branch, with links to many various Agencies and Offices. I also added the Environmental Protection Agency and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
